G20: world reforms to Stone Age
Did the G20 summit achieve anything in particular? Well we shall look into some of the facts. There were all the bigwigs of the world, even Gordon Brown and Barrack Obama. All important peoples at one place but all in one day, we can only imagine what can happen.
There is a copy of this summit that describes what options and decisions can be taken for world economic reform. There were some big words used in G20 meeting. Like “ We believe that the only sure foundation for sustainable globalization and rising prosperity for all is an open world economy based on market principles, effective regulation, and strong global institutions.”. How do we interpret this??
Globalization is a term used in this scenario. Globalization to the world leaders is using a pool of cheap labor to get optimum result in paying lower wages and maximizing profit by cutting cost on paying for production and wages.
Futures stock: general guidelines
A futures contract is an agreement between a seller and a buyer that calls for seller to deliver to buyer a specified quantity and grade of an identified commodity or some asset, at a fixed time in the future and at a price agreed to when the contract is first entered into.
Futures contract is a forward contact traded in an exchange. Futures contract is standardized as quantity of commodity or asset, quality of commodity or asset, date and month of delivery, units of price quotations, and settlements.
In a futures contract, clearing house of the exchange becomes counter-party for each contract and therefore, there is no counter-party risk. Both buyer and seller must deposit margin money with the exchange which is 10-20% of contract value. There is secondary market for futures contract. Settlements are in three ways. They are actual delivery, reversing of trade and cash settlements.
G20: was it fake of just lies ?
Imagine all big shots of the economy at one place to discuss a way to reform and revive world economies, well that is G20. This summit was and is supposed to reform economies of the world.
There are millions or rather trillions that is to be deposited through the world for economic reform. Japan was supposed to put trillions but it was just able to invest 100 million. Well that’s just for starters. There were many such promises that were mentioned at the G20 summit but guessing by just numbers we can see that, they could be just falsified statements.
In emerging markets people are going to die out of starvation because of increase of prices in markets. That will be expensive and people will have to shell out a lot to get normal everyday items. There was supposed to be an investment in IMF but that is a myth again.
Global Downturn: revival in sight
This financial year started in a deep slumber. Economic downturn has made things worse. Jobs were lost and loss of billions was incurred by many companies through the world.
Well things have been better after the 2nd quarter this year. Economies are changing again. There is a rise in the rates of all things. Values of shares are also coming to terms and people are considering investing in the share market. US market is reviving from a two year slumber. Rates of property values are changing for the better. Globally there is again a rise in all business ventures. Newer jobs are created. Though there had been a rise in business that was into general supply and medicine and prices were never down and all was dandy at their end.
All possibilities in business and personal dealings related to business are revived, though there is a lot more ground to cover up in regards to the same.
Investments: secure them with trust deeds
A bond or debenture is a fixed interest bearing loan, which either creates or acknowledges a debt and secures repayment thereof by mortgage or charge on the company’s property.
The bond/debenture is commonly secured by a trust deed by which the property forming collateral is charged by way of mortgage to the trustees. Trust deed provides, terms and conditions and all other details.
When the debentures are issued to public and money is received on application, it is credited to bond application money and on allotment of the debentures, the same is credited to debentures account.
In case there is any balance at the yearend in debenture application money account pending allotment or pending refund, then it is shown under the head “Unsecured loans-Others.” A first mortgage is created by deposit of title deeds on all immovable properties of the company both present and future.
